Dear Amazon,

to whom it may concern;
I am writing to inform you about something we found in the box of a recent Amazon order we received. We ordered a Cuisinart mini food processor which arrived today. The Cuisinart box was intact, but lying next to it inside your brown Amazon shipping box and under your inflated plastic baggies was a box of Kellogg’s Smart Start breakfast cereal. Is this a new promotional gift you are sending out with your orders now? Perhaps a marketing gig with Kellogg’s brands to get customers to try new types of cereal? It seems odd to me because our small gift came with no explanation or accompanying description of it’s inclusion with our order. You see, your petition for Cell Phones for Soldiers which was right below the cereal came with fully illustrated instructions and a self-mailing envelope. Yet this box of cereal seems quite mysterious and possibly even not an intentional item included in our shipment. Perhaps an employee’s breakfast mistakenly got placed in our order? If so, I will gladly return it so they can continue eating on the job.

Yours truly,

p.s.- I tend to prefer General Mills.
